downbeat (Downbeat LLC) engages the third-party service providers listed below to help us operate the Service. Each provider receives only the personal data necessary for its specific function and is contractually obligated to protect that data. For details on the data shared with each provider, see Section 5b of our Privacy Policy.

International transfers
Most sub-processors are located in the United States. For personal data of EEA, UK, or Swiss data subjects, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or — where applicable — the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision, depending on each sub-processor's certification status. See Privacy Policy §11b for details.
